Signing in

Same Vampelium account as everything else. If that is the problem, start with You cannot sign in.

A post is not showing

Posts appear in a feed built from who you follow. If a post of yours is missing from somebody else's feed, the usual causes are that they do not follow you, or that the feed they are looking at is a different one from the one you are thinking of.

Reporting somebody

Use the reporting control in VampSocial itself rather than a support ticket where you can — it attaches the post to the report automatically, which a ticket cannot do. Open a ticket when the problem is with an account rather than a single post, or when something needs a person to look at it urgently.

Your data

Everything VampSocial holds about you can be downloaded from its own settings, and deleting your account there is a separate action from deleting your Vampelium account. This support site holds a copy of nothing except the tickets you open here.
