You cannot sign in
Start here
If you cannot sign in, you do not need to sign in to reach us. Open a ticket without an account and say what happens when you try. That form exists for exactly this.
You will be shown a reference and a code. Write both down before you close the page. The code is shown once and cannot be sent to you — we store only a one-way hash of it, so nobody here can look it up either. With them you can return at any time through the lookup page.
Things worth trying first
- Try an ordinary window. Private browsing and some content blockers clear the cookie the sign-in needs halfway through, which produces a failure that looks like a wrong password and is not one.
- Check the address bar says `vampelium.com`. Support never sees your password, and no Vampelium service will ever ask for it on any other domain.
- If you signed out everywhere recently, every session ended, including on devices you still had open. Signing in again is the fix.
What we can and cannot do
Support can see that an account exists and can read the tickets on it. Support cannot reset a password, change the address on an account, or sign in as you — none of those are things this desk is able to do, and anybody offering to do them is not us. Account recovery happens at vampelium.com.
What to tell us
The address you are signing in with, what you see when it fails — the exact words, if there are any — and whether it fails on more than one device. Those three answers are usually enough.
Did this not answer it? Open a ticket and a person will read it.
