Use the reference and the code you were shown when you opened it. If you signed in to open the ticket, you do not need either — go to your tickets.

Lost the code? It cannot be recovered — we only ever stored a one-way hash of it, so nobody here can look it up either. Open a new ticket and say in it that you lost the code for the earlier one.
