Getting your data, and deleting it
Every service has both
Each Vampelium service can hand you a copy of what it holds about you, and each one can delete it. Neither goes through us and neither waits for anybody to approve it.

- VampEmail — next to your address: *Download my mail* and *Delete this mailbox*.

What a deletion actually does
It is not instant, and we would rather say so. The account stops working the moment you ask. Stored files are then removed in batches over the following minutes, and the account record goes last — once nothing is left pointing at a file. Doing it the other way round would leave your files in storage with nothing left that knows they are yours.
Until the removal starts you can stop it. Once it has, you cannot, and the page tells you so rather than showing a button that would not work.
What a deletion leaves
Things that are not only yours. A reply you sent on somebody else's support ticket stays, without your name, because removing it would tear a hole in a conversation that belongs to two people.
Did this not answer it? Open a ticket and a person will read it.
