Signing in to Vampelium services

One account, several services

Your Vampelium account signs you in to VampEmail, VampSocial, VampDrive and this support site. There is one password and it lives at vampelium.com — none of the other services is ever shown it.

What to check first

• The address bar says vampelium.com before you type your password. Any other address asking for it is not us.
• If you are sent back to a service and it says the sign-in did not finish, the usual cause is a browser or extension clearing cookies. Try again in an ordinary window before anything else.

Signing out everywhere

Each service has a Sign out everywhere control in its settings. It ends every session for that service, including the one you are using — which is the point, because if a session was taken from you, the one you are holding is not special.
